Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated monthly and annual group financial statements
- Support the delivery of the group audit and statutory reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Work with finance teams across the portfolio to ensure consistent financial controls and reporting
- Support with group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Assist in reviewing investment opportunities and providing financial due diligence where necessary
- Continually seek ways to improve processes, reporting, and financial governance across the group
Qualifications / Skills
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Practice-trained or experience in a group/holding company environment preferred
- Strong technical accounting skills (IFRS and/or UK GAAP)
- Highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different businesses
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
