Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of consolidated monthly and annual group financial statements
  • Support the delivery of the group audit and statutory reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Work with finance teams across the portfolio to ensure consistent financial controls and reporting
  • Support with group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Assist in reviewing investment opportunities and providing financial due diligence where necessary
  • Continually seek ways to improve processes, reporting, and financial governance across the group

Qualifications / Skills

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Practice-trained or experience in a group/holding company environment preferred
  • Strong technical accounting skills (IFRS and/or UK GAAP)
  • Highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different businesses
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
